Remedy: The unloading piece and the sealing ring must be installed in the oil cavity so that the two shaft sleeves can maintain balance. The elastic force of the guide wire should be able to simultaneously twist the upper and lower bushings towards the driven gear rotation direction by a slight angle, so that the two bushing processing planes of the driving and driven gears fit closely; the upper relief groove of the bushing must be equipped with a low pressure cavity. To eliminate the harmful dead volume generated when the gear meshes; before pressing into the self-tightening oil seal, apply a layer of lubricating oil to the surface, and pay attention to the oil blocking edge toward the front cover, and not reverse; Pour a small amount of hydraulic oil into the pump casing and turn the meshing gear by hand.

The cause of the failure: (2) The "left-hand" oil pump was installed with the "right-hand" oil pump, causing the skeleton oil seal to be broken;

Remedy: "Right-handed" pumps cannot be installed on "left-handed" machines, otherwise the skeleton oil seal will be damaged.

The cause of the failure: (3) The hydraulic oil is too dirty.

Remedy: clean the system and replace the hydraulic oil.

Reasons for failure: (4) The pump filter is blocked by dirt and cannot filter oil

Remedy: Use clean cleaning oil to remove dirt from the filter.

Cause of failure: (5) The oil level is insufficient, the oil suction position is too high, and the oil suction pipe is exposed to the oil surface:

Remedy: add oil to the oil level and lower the oil suction position.

The cause of the failure: (6) There is no paper pad on both sides of the pump body and the pump cover; the pump body and the pump cover are not sealed vertically:

Remedy: Inhale air when rotating: add a paper pad between the pump body and the pump cover; grind the pump body on a flat plate with emery to make the verticality error of the pump body and the pump cover not exceed 0.005mm, and tighten the connection between the pump body and the pump cover , There must be no leakage.

The cause of the failure: (7) The driving shaft of the pump is not concentric with the motor coupling, and there is twisting friction:

Remedy: Adjust the concentricity of the pump and motor coupling so that the error does not exceed 0.2mm.

Reasons for failure: (8) The meshing accuracy of pump gears is not enough:

Elimination method: The gear meshing accuracy of the research gear is achieved.

The cause of the failure: (9) The oil seal skeleton of the pump shaft falls off, and the pump body is not sealed:

Remedy: Replace the qualified pump shaft oil seal.
