The clip can be stuck on the original fixed position and the metal sheet of the temperature sensor. During the adjustment, the moving position of the metal piece of the temperature sensor is extremely small, and if it is too large, the valve piece cannot be placed in a proper position. If the adjustment cannot be achieved, the valve plate can be riveted again, that is, the relative position of the valve plate and the temperature sensor can be changed so that they can cover the oil hole when the temperature is low, and the oil outlet hole can be opened after thermal deformation.
Performance check: Put the front cover of the silicone oil fan clutch and the driven plate into hot water together (not too much water to prevent it from flowing into the oil storage cavity of the clutch), and measure the temperature of the water with a thermometer, observe the temperature sensor, Write down the temperature of the water when it works. If this temperature value does not meet the requirements, it indicates that the temperature sensor has poor performance.
