Renault OEM 5000725804 5000725485 Truck Shock Absorber
Made in China Original factory Truck Shock Absorber for Renault 50 00 725 485
Steel springs have spiral, disc, ring and plate shapes, and spiral springs are the most widely used. Given its natural frequency, the vertical stiffness K (N/m is Newton per meter) of a single spring is calculated. It can be used in cut, compressed or cut pressure (Figure 1, c), and is rarely used in tension. Its advantage is: it can be made into various shapes and different stiffness.
Its internal damping effect is greater than that of steel springs, and it can isolate the excitation frequency as low as 10 Hz. The disadvantage is that it will age after a long time of use, and there will be greater creep under heavy load (especially at high temperatures), so it should not be subjected to more than 10-15% (compression) or 25-50% (shear) Continuous deformation. The natural frequency of natural rubber is slightly lower than that of synthetic rubber, and its mechanical properties are: small change, large tensile force, long elongation when damaged, and low price. Vibration isolation pads include cork, felt, rubber pads and glass fiber boards. The advantages are: low price, easy installation, and can be cut to the required size and overlapped for use to obtain different degrees of vibration isolation effects.
① Cork: It has the longest history of being used as a vibration isolation material. Usually, when under pressure, the static compression reaches 30%, and it will not protrude laterally. The general thickness is 5-15 cm, the load is 0.5-2.0 kg per square centimeter, and the damping ratio is about 0.06. Cork has strong resistance to corrosion and solvents, and is not very sensitive to temperature changes. At room temperature, the service life can reach several decades. Cork is usually suitable for vibration isolation with a disturbance frequency greater than 20 to 30 Hz due to its poor low-frequency vibration isolation. Carbonized thermal insulation cork made in China has a natural frequency of about 11 to 33 Hz. Static load and static compression.
② Rubber pad: The characteristics are similar to rubber isolators, but because the volumetric compression of rubber is very small when it is compressed, it can only be compressed when it can protrude laterally, so it is usually made into a special-shaped plate to allow lateral protrusion and deflection. To increase the amount of static compression.
③ Glass fiberboard: There are varieties of various density and fiber diameter. The stiffness of this vibration isolation material usually increases with the increase in density, fiber diameter and static compression. China uses phenolic resin glass fiberboard for heat preservation, with a total thickness of about 5-15 cm when there is no load, a common load of 0.1-0.2 kgf/cm2, a damping ratio of 0.04-0.07, and a natural frequency of 5-10 Hz. Fiberglass board has strong resistance to industrial solvents, but it will absorb moisture and so on. Due to the large bearing area and large static compression of this kind of vibration isolation material, concrete bases are usually used, and water and mortar should be prevented from infiltrating during construction and use. It is mainly used for vibration isolation of broadcasting studios, recording studios, acoustic laboratories and equipment, as well as vibration isolation of some machines.
④ Felt: It has the best vibration isolation effect when it is thick, soft and will not be subjected to excessive static load. Due to the high damping coefficient, only four times the amplification at resonance, and the large impedance, and it does not match most engineering materials, it is particularly effective in reducing vibration transmission in the sound frequency range. The usual thickness is 10-25 mm. When the pressure is 0.2-7 kgf/cm2, the natural frequency is about 20-40 Hz, which is determined by the thickness of the felt rather than its area and static load.
This type of shock absorber can meet the strict requirements of modern industries for vibration, shock and noise control technology. It is a new product with excellent vibration and shock performance, which can effectively reduce structural noise. It has the advantages of multi-directional elastic deformation, nonlinear softening stiffness, convenient use and storage, and light weight.
