The water tank cover, also known as the pressure water tank cover, is installed on the car's water tank and is an important part of the car's cooling system.
A water tank cap with a valve can keep the cooling system at a higher or more efficient temperature under pressure.
The water tank cover itself has a pressure valve, and its working principle is similar to that of a household pressure cooker. The purpose is to increase the pressure in the container to achieve high efficiency and high temperature cooling effect. The working principle of the water tank cover is that when the car is running, the coolant temperature rises, and the pressure in the water tank increases. When the pressure reaches a certain level, the pressure valve is opened by the pressure, then the flushed coolant will flow into the overflowing water next to it. When the car stops working and cools down, the vacuum cooling system will suck the water in the overflow tank back into the tank.
